The site works fine overall, and I did eventually find what I was looking for. But just going by my gut, it feels like it could be a lot smoother. A few pages loaded slower than expected, and the filters didn’t always help me narrow things down the way I wanted. Checkout was okay in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the easiest site to browse. Feels like it needs a little cleanup.

I really liked how these looked when I put them on, like they definitely have that cool style, anyway, after about an hour of walking, my feet were already hurting. Not the comfiest pair for actually being out and about.

I ordered from New Rock the delivery side of things was disappointing. The tracking barely moved, then the estimated date changed a couple of times, and when the day finally came, nothing arrived. I ended up having to chase them for updates, which kind of felt like something they should’ve been on top of themselves, but the replies were still vague. The boots might be great once they actually show up, but if you need them by a certain date, I wouldn’t really trust the delivery estimate. It was a frustrating wait...

The order itself was totally fine, but yeah, the delivery took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just kind of wish they had sent it out a bit quicker.

I finally picked up a pair of New Rock boots after wanting them for years, the first impression was great. They look awesome in person, especially the metal details and the overall shape. They definitely have that bold New Rock vibe I was hoping for.
That said, the craftsmanship feels a little uneven. The leather seems sturdy and the soles feel nice and heavy, but I noticed one stitch line that’s a bit wobbly, and there was some visible glue near the edge. For the price, I was expecting the finishing to be a little cleaner.
Still, I do like them and I’ll definitely wear them. They’re comfortable enough so far, they look really cool on, and they don’t feel cheap overall. I just wish the small details matched the price tag a bit better.

I picked up these New Rock boots a few weeks ago, i’m starting to think they’re hiding something because the quality is way too good. They’re heavy, solid, and the leather actually feels like real leather, not that cheap mystery material brands try to sneak past us. I’ve been wearing them constantly and somehow they still look basically new. Not saying there’s a boot durability conspiracy going on, but if there is, these are definitely in on it. Very happy with them.

I had to exchange my boots for a bigger size, and overall the process was straightforward. They did reply to my email, which I appreciated, but the shipping back and waiting for the new pair took a bit longer than I was hoping. I got the right size in the end and everything turned out "fine," just not super quick. 4 stars.

I really wanted to like these boots, but the sizing just felt off for me. They ran noticeably bigger than what I’m used to with other brands, and after walking around a bit, they started rubbing my heels. Compared to similar boots I’ve bought from competitors, these didn’t feel as comfortable or true to size.

I bought these last month i’m disappointed. The leather has this plasticky feel to it, not that nice real-leather quality I was expecting for the price. It also scratches really easily, and the soles feel stiff when walking. I kept wondering if I’d been fooled by the photos or the description because they just don’t feel worth the money

I ordered a pair from newrock.com, i did hesitate for a bit because they’re definitely not cheap. But once they arrived, I felt satisfied with the purchase. They look unique, feel sturdy, and have that style you just don’t really find in regular stores.

The shoes themselves were okay, but the box showed up crushed with the tape barely hanging on. For the price, I expected better packaging. It also kind of left me in the dark about whether the shoes had been handled properly or if something had happened during shipping.

I returned my order several weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund. Every time I contact support, I get vague replies and have to keep chasing them for an actual update. My sister had warned me to be careful ordering from places with slow customer service, and now I get what she meant. It’s been really frustrating and feels like they stop caring once they have your money. I wouldn’t order from them again.
